the grape beef bavette with herb & peanut relish ingredients → 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar ► juice of 1 lime onglet herb & peanut relish → juice of 2 limes → 2 tbsp fish sauce → 2 tsp soy sauce and grated 45g toasted unsalted peanuts chopped pickled cucumber → 1tsp caster sugar method overnight in the fridge mix together all the ingredients check the seasoning mix together the sugar and rice wine vinegar in a bowl and season well leave for 10 minutes nicely charred but still springy to the touch cover loosely with foil and leave to slices and serve with the herb & peanut relish and pickled cucumber vintagecellars.com.au
